The reality of the situation is that Macs aren’t yet widely enough distributed in enough stores to really hammer down the prices, hence why the MacBook Air will more than likely be the same price wherever you buy it from.
There are however a few ways to get a great deal on the MacBook Air. If you’re fortunate enough to be a student you’ll get a discount on all Apple products, including the swish new MacBook Air so make sure you take advantage of that if you’re studying at University or College. If you’re patient and prepared to wait to get your hands on the MacBook Air then prices might well fall, as many experts believe the product has been priced to high. However, if you’re here looking for the best deals you’ve more than likely already made your mind up to get your hands on one.
There are the cheaper option of the regular MacBook which is still a great product and significantly cheaper. It might not have some of the swish features that the Air boasts but is certainly worth looking at if you’re in the market for a low cost Apple laptop.
